Accommodation Information for MECOS4 Delegates
Delegates attending MECOS4 are kindly requested to book their accommodation directly with the listed hotels. A limited number of rooms have been blocked for MECOS4 participants at discounted rates in select hotels.
To avail of these special rates, please mention that you are a MECOS4 delegate when contacting the hotel, and ensure you copy your booking email to: mecosaccommodation@gmail.com — this will help us assist with follow-ups and confirmations.
Important Notice:
November is a peak tourist season in Kochi, and hotel rates are expected to rise due to high demand. Additionally, a major doctors’ conference is scheduled around the same dates as MECOS4, further increasing hotel occupancy. We strongly recommend that you book your accommodation as early as possible to secure availability and preferred rates.
